• A villa recently built (2003), situated in the bay of Kosiraca, close to the sea; the bay faces north-west and is safe for the anchorage of boats, sheltered from all types of winds except from the north wind called "tramontana".
In front of the house there is a private pier, owned by the family Toncic, with a moorage.

• Downstairs there are two apartments, with a separated entrance and bathroom; each apartment has a double room and a small kitchen. The living room is connected with the kitchen; main entrance, direct entrance in the kitchen, double room and bathroom, all air-conditioned.

• Upstairs there is a living room with a view of the sea, a kitchen and two double rooms with separated bathrooms, a terrace, all air-conditioned.

• Altogether it offers accomodation for 10 persons with the possibility to use 4 additional beds

• Near the house there is a bricked grid and peka (a particular iron cover covered with ember, used for cooking food – meat or fish – placed in a pan) with a sink, a table made of stone for 12 people. In front of the house there are other two wooden tables, each for 8 people, a big terrace, a pool of dimensions 5 x 4 m, sunbeds, stone benches with a table, all surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation, palms, citron trees and flowers.
